This form allows you to add and remove cellular features from your cellular contract.  All features begin on the 27th day of each month and end on the 26th day of each month.  Feature changes must be received by 3:00 p.m. on the 26th to take effect the following month.  If the 26th falls on a weekend or holiday, the first business day before the 26th.  If you have any questions, please call (715) 346-2562.
