Part-time Job Request Form

The SIEO's federally-funded Job Location and Development (JLD) Program provides a free listing service for employers who have part-time job openings for students to fill. In return for our service, we ask that employers provide us with the name, wage, start date, and average work hours per week for student hires. This information is reported to the government in an aggregate report, with employers’ and employees’ names excluded.

Providing this information allows us to verify students' status and continue providing this service at no cost.
